This page explains what happens when you visit vueltic.com.
Who we are
vueltic.com is run by Vueltic. For any question about this page or your data, write to info@vueltic.com.
What we measure
We count visits to learn how many people see this page and how it works for them. The counting is done by Umami, open-source statistics software that runs on our own server in Frankfurt, Germany. Nothing is sent to Google or to any other third party.
For each visit we record:
- when you visited and how long the page stayed on your screen;
- the website that sent you here, if your browser reports it, and campaign tags in the link you followed;
- your approximate location - country, region and city - looked up from your IP address during the visit;
- the type of device, operating system, browser, screen size and language.
What we do not do
- We use no cookies and store nothing on your device.
- We do not store your IP address. During the visit it is used only to look up the approximate location and, together with your browser details, to compute an anonymous code that groups the requests of one visit. The code changes every day, so visits on different days cannot be linked, and it cannot be turned back into your IP address.
- If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, your visit is not counted at all.
- We do not build profiles, follow you on other websites, combine these statistics with any other data, or sell or share them.
Why we may do this
Knowing how our own website is used is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). The statistics are anonymous, stay with us and serve only this measurement, which is why we do not ask for consent.
How long we keep it
Statistics are deleted automatically after 24 months. Our web server also keeps a standard access log, which includes IP addresses, for 14 days to protect the site; after that it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us at info@vueltic.com what data we hold and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Because we keep neither your IP address nor any identifier that points to you, we usually cannot find an individual visit. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority; in Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
Changes
If any of this changes, we will update this page and its date.
